ShareWizMe offers tools for online surveys specifically designed to enable data collection and analysis, both in real time or off-line.
These tools are made available to ShareWizMe's clients who are solely responsible for the processing they wish to implement via the tools of the ShareWizMe platform. For that purpose, only the client of ShareWizMe is likely to collect personal information.
ShareWizMe can thus not be qualified as a controller for processes which use the tools it offers and is no more than a subcontractor within the meaning of Articles 34- 34 bis and 35 of the French Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law (loi du 06 janvier 1978 dite Informatique et Libertés.)
ShareWizMe's clients, in their role as controller, inform the surveys' participants that they have the right, in accordance with the above mentioned French Data Protection and Freedom of Information Law to access, to modify and to delete information concerning them, and the right to oppose processing of their information, and inform of the name and address of the person against whom that right may be exercised.
ShareWizMe's clients also state the complete provisions of Article 32 of the law and particularly the purpose of the process, the compulsory or optional nature of the answers and the potential communication of the data to a third party established in Europe and able to guarantee a sufficient level of security, confidentiality and protection of privacy, for the purpose of subcontracting tasks related to survey management.
